Health at the Doorstep

Our umbrella project, "Health at the Doorstep", aims to provide primary healthcare in Punjab, specially in the rural hinterland of Punjab by taking a team of doctors and nurses in mobile vans to people's doorstep. There are no restrictions on services as the treatment and medicines dispersed are completely free of cost. Till date over 4.5 million patients have been treated, out of which 'Umeed' has referred 35% of cases for secondary and tertiary care to Government / State and privately owned institutions.
